Born and raised in Jonesboro, GA (Clayton County). Associate in Computer Science and BBA in Computer Information Systems from Clayton State College & University. Am a registered GISP(GIS Professional Certification). 15 years in local government. Worked previously for the City of Jonesboro and the City of Peachtree City.

Eagle Scout & Vigil Honor award recipent from the Boy Scouts of America. Active with the NE Georgia GIS Users Group, and Pack 35 and Troop 35 in Northeast Georgia Boy Scout Council.

Currently reside in Commerce, Married for 15 years with two boys 10 and 12. Been with Jackson County Government since July 2007.
